Access: Memorial hall is wheelchair- accessible and has accessible amenities.
Facilities on site: WiFi, working spaces, kitchen, power sockets, toilets.
Registration on Friday 29: Registration check in opens at 6.30pm, with the competition starting at 7pm.
Food: Meals will be provided during Saturday and Sunday. Tea/coffee and water will be available throughout the weekend as well as a range of snacks. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options will be available as per registration. Friday night will have nibbles and non-alcoholic drinks
Hours: Our venue will be open during the hours below:
- Friday: 6.30pm – 10pm.
- Saturday: 8am – 10pm.
- Sunday: 8am – 5pm.
Security: The Memorial hall will be accessible only to registered participants and registered visitors, it is recommended to care of your personal belongings and not leave them unattended. Neither QLDC/ Memorial Hall nor GovHack accept any responsibility for any personal items lost or damaged over the weekend.
